PAYMENTS
Payment is taken at the time orders are submitted.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We currently ship to any physical address in the continental United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates, APO,FPO and PO Boxes, or internationally at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders take 1-2 business days to process, pick and pack before shipping from one of our warehouses.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will typically be processed the following Monday.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are based on the pre-tax order subtotal.
Orders under $34.99 ship for $5.00.
Order over $35 ship free.

TRANSIT TIMES
Delivery times vary depending upon the items ordered, delivery location and warehouse location.
Typically, shipments deliver within 3 to 10 business days to most delivery addresses in the U.S.

PACKAGES, SHIPMENTS, AND TRACKING
To keep shipping charges down and shipping times fast, mDesign partners with a number of fulfillment centers across the US.
Items in your order items may ship in different cartons with different tracking numbers and/or from different warehouse locations, including from one of our trusted partners, such as Amazon. So, don’t be alarmed if your package shows up with a little smile on the box! We are always looking to save time and money and pass it on to you the customer.

ORDER CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS
Once orders are placed, they are immediately routed to our warehouses for fulfillment and are unable to be changed or canceled.
For assistance with an order, please contact our customer service team.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our top priority; if anything is not right with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.

If a return is necessary; returns of new, unused and undamaged items can be accepted within 45 days of purchase.

Returned items should be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
To initiate a return, please start a return request.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment once returned items arrive at our warehouse.

If you contact us with your return tracking information, we can more promptly process your refund once returned items are in transit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final sale items may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

ORDER ERRORS OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Our warehouse crew will have packed your order appropriately for shipment, but errors or accidents can occasionally happen during shipping or transit. Please contact us for assistance to quickly + easily resolve anything that may have gone wrong with a shipment.

Items or parts damaged during transit will be repaired or replaced without charge. Any decision to repair or replace an item is at the sole discretion of mDesign.

VARIATIONS
Please note that since devices, computers and displays can vary and be calibrated differently, finish colors viewed online may differ from the actual product.

Wood is unique, variations in grain, color, fit & finish are normal and to be expected.


ERRORS + INACCURACIES
Best efforts are made to ensure accuracy of information and prices on our website, promotional materials, and communications. However, mDesign reserves the right to amend any pricing, typographical and/or human or technical errors on our website or materials. Errors discovered in items which have been ordered will be communicated as soon as possible along with the option of reconfirming an order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact a customer regarding an error, we will treat the order as canceled.
