RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is our top priority; if anything is not right with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
If a return is necessary; returns of new, unused and undamaged items can be accepted within 45 days of purchase at no additional charge to you.
EASY SELF-SERVICE RETURNS
1. Click the returns portal
2. Enter your order number and your email address or zip code. Please note your order number can be found in your email confirmation, be sure to check your junk/spam folder for this information.
3. Once your order information populates you can select the item(s) you wish to return. If you are returning more than one item and have more than one box to return, please repackage the items separately. If all items can be fit into one box, please package the items together.
4. Select your reason for return and whether you would like to exchange the item or return the item.
5. You will then have the option to exchange the item for a different size, return for store credit, or return for a refund to the original form of payment.
6. Once your selection is completed you will submit your return and you will receive instructions via email. Please use the original packaging where possible.
7. Refunds to the original form of payment, store credit, or exchange orders are initiated once items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
What is a peer-to-peer return (EcoDrop)?
This is a new initiative we've launched at mDesign to help decrease the environmental impact of returns. Each year, there are:
- 16 million tons of CO2 emitted from return shipments
- 6 billion pounds of return thrown in landfills
- Only 46% of returned packaging recycled
By simply holding onto your items for up to 7 days, it allows us to match your item with another buyer to reduce the negative impact on our planet.

When will I get my refund?
Our original policy still applies, so you will receive your refund once the package arrives at its destination.
