Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 business day and arrive in 3 business days. Some orders can take up to 5 business days due to unexpected carrier delays.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have an expedited shipping option available at this time.

To check you order status first log in to your mDesign account and click "Order History". You will see the date you ordered, the order number, and the status. If your order has shipped, you can click on the order number and all applicable tracking information will be available to track your order. If you are unable to locate your order, please reach out to our customer service team for help.

Your satisfaction is our top priority; if anything is not right with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. If a return is necessary; returns of new, unused and undamaged items can be accepted within 45 days of purchase at no additional charge to you. We also offer easy self-service returns. Click the returns portal. Enter your order number and your email address or zip code. Please note your order number can be found in your email confirmation, be sure to check your junk/spam folder for this information. Once your order information populates you can select the item(s) you wish to return. If you are returning more than one item and have more than one box to return, please process the items separately. If all items can be fit into one box, please process the items together. Select your reason for return and whether you would like to exchange the item or return the item. You will then have the option to exchange the item for a different size, exchange the item for a new item, return for store credit, or return for a refund to the original form of payment. Once your selection is completed you will submit your return and you will receive instructions via email. Refunds to the original form of payment, store credit, or exchange orders are initiated once items are actively in transit back to our warehouse.

Because we want to get your items to you as quickly as possible, our items are stored and shipped from multiple fulfillment centers throughout the US. Sometimes all items are not available at a single warehouse so items may ship from different locations. Don't worry, we will provide all applicable tracking numbers.
