Shipping + Returns
We currently ship anywhere in the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska/Hawaii,
US Protectorates, APO/FPO and PO Box Numbers, or internationally at this time.
Delivery times will vary depending upon the items ordered and your location.
Typically we delivery within 3 to 5 business days, but please be sure to check the information
provided in the checkout process. If you experience undue delays or require a tracking number,

The shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process and appear on your screen before you complete the payment process. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie. you received an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
