Shipping + Returns
We currently ship anywhere in the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska/Hawaii,
U.S. Protectorates, APO/FPO and PO Box Numbers, or internationally at this time.
Delivery times will vary depending upon the items ordered and your location.
Typically we deliver within 3 to 5 business days, but please be sure to check the information
provided in the checkout process. If you experience undue delays or require a tracking number,

Unfortunately, we are not able to adjust or cancel orders after they are placed. If you require assistance with your order, please reach out to our customer service team: firstname.lastname@example.org
Our customers are important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original form of payment or as store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie. you received an incorrect or defective item). In an effort to improve future customer experiences, we may ask customers to provide images of products that arrive in defective or damaged condition.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
